If you have a pet health concern after our regular business hours, Vet Triage veterinarians are on standby 24 hours a day to assist. For a small fee, you will be connected to the Vet Triage veterinarians on a live video chat session. They will triage your pet and give you at-home care guidance , or if they determine hospital care is necessary, refer you to the nearest 24 hr veterinary emergency hospital or veterinary urgent care.
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Live video sessions available in english and spanish
- Compassionate veterinarians for all animal types
- Aimed at providing clarity as to whether or not immediate in-person veterinary assessment is advised
- All sessions are $50 regardless of duration
- In case of an emergency, they will help connect you with the closest veterinary ER or local urgent care facility available.
- 24/7 phone line available for those who don’t have internet access or a device with a camera.
